Monica Pemberton has spent decades at the intersection of technology, leadership, and human potential. As a nationally recognized Chief Information Officer, she has led large-scale digital transformations, built high-performing teams, and navigated the complexities of leading in a rapidly changing world.
But Monica's most important work has never been about technology. It has always been about people helping them see their own capacity, step into their power, and lead with intention. That conviction is what led her to create the ARC Leadership Framework™ and, ultimately, to write The ARC Within.
